A beautiful game by Flipline Studios contains a lot of original artwork and an intriguing RPG storyline. Your job as Jacksmith the blacksmith is to forge weapons for various characters from different types of metals. A simple in-game tutorial walks the player through the basics of blacksmithing and weapon making.
You take orders from soldiers to build their weapons, and then follow the soldiers into battle as they fight using the weapons you made for them. The better the weapons, the stronger the army will be in battle. There are a wide range of nicely animated enemies which can be viewed in the bestiary.
Many different weapon molds and designs are included in the game and the complexity of the gameplay is noteworthy. The character animations are very nice and the designers of this game spent a lot of time on small details which make this game outstanding. Other weapons include bows and axes.
As you battle, collect new types of metal ore to craft stronger weapons. Gameplay elements such as hammering steel, controlling bellows, pouring metal, and crafting well made weapons by putting the pieces together evenly are novel and unique for a free flash game.
When forging weapongs, you must heat the metal ore to the correct temperature to avoid cracks. As the game progresses, you must work faster to keep up with the orders. An well written RPG storyline offers a fun and enjoyable progression through this exceptional game.
