Game Overview:
Participate in turn based battles throughout the land while building your core group of heroes consisting of a swordsman, mage, and archer. Visit towns along the way to buy items and equipment at the shop, stay at the inn to recouperate HP and MP, learn new skills for your warriors, and accept missions to help protect the citizens from undesirable creatures.
Each destination on the map has different types of enemies that employ various attacks, and keeping your party well stocked with items and strong equipment is necessary for success. There are also boss missions at the end of each area. The turn based gameplay allows for a move and attack for each player and their range depends on the attack type chosen.
There is a lockpicking minigame where the player must find the sweet spot using lockpicks to open found treasure chests. The level of lockpicking experience combined with different types of lockpicks determine the difficulty of chest that can be opened.
