Game Overview:
Build your own resort island and earn money by operating a network of shops. Shopping City is the sequel to Shopping Street, and adds many new types of shops and boutiques as well as police stations to prevent shoplifting and fire stations to keep your resort safe from accidental disasters.
There is a new orthographic viewpoint, but the gameplay remains similar to Shopping Street: Build shops for pedestrian traffic while slowing them down with benches, newspaper stands, ice cream stands and more. One big improvement in Shopping City is the addition of different street configurations that allow customers to approach from multiple directions.
Upgrade shops as you make money
to increase the capacity and cost of goods. Each pedestrian has a bar and emoticon indicating how much money they have left and their overall happiness. The percentage of level completed and number of days left is shown at the top.
Controls / How To Play:
- Click on the icons in the bottom left corner to build shops and benches to slow down the traffic.
- Start each day by clicking the hourglass.
- Complete each level by earning the necessary amount of income within a certain amount of days.
- Click on 'Fast Mode' to speed up the game.
- Earn bonuses for making all of the customers happy.
